7-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You may return or exchange your items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and not shrunk.
  • Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging.

DOORSTEP REPLACEMENT SERVICE
For your convenience, we offer a "Rider Swap" service for exchanges. Our courier partner will deliver your new order and collect the old product at the same time.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If an exchange is required due to a brand error or a damaged product, this service is 100% Free of Cost, upholding our Free Shipping promise.
  • Customer Choice: If you wish to exchange for a different style or color, a standard replacement delivery fee of Rs. 200/- will apply.

REFUND PROCESS
If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange, the following process applies:

  1. Return Shipment: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Faisalabad facility.
  2. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  3. Payout: Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days.
  4. Refund Amount: We will refund the full product price paid. The refund will be issued to your provided bank account.
